Overview
Solid 2"-thick DICA TuffTrak XL access mats replace heavy, soggy swamp mats, CLTs, and other wood access and temporary roadway mats — ideal for extra-wide temporary access roadways. Mats are 13'6" x 6'8", support wheeled and tracked equipment up to 150 tons, and flex to conform to the ground when loaded yet won't crack, break or fail. Engineered HWM polyethylene won't rot, splinter, degrade, or absorb water or contaminants.

Applications
Hydraulic mobile cranes, all-terrain cranes, self-erecting tower cranes, concrete pump trucks, larger aerial lifts, digger derricks and more. Typical use: heavy construction, rig pads, fracking, oil & gas, film work, low compaction, tree root protection, biosolids distribution, solar farms, wind farms, and electrical transmission.

Inspection & Safety
Before every use: visual check for cracks, corrosion, distortion, wear, and illegible markings. Annually (minimum): documented periodic inspection by a trained inspector. Remove from service at first sign of damage. Never repair rigging hardware by welding, heating, or bending.
WARNING: Improper use of rigging can cause death or serious injury. Never exceed the rated Working Load Limit. Apply derating for side-loading, elevated temperature, or chemical exposure. Final application decisions must be made by a Qualified Person per OSHA 1926.32(m).
