Overview

The DICA SteelTech Dunnage Pad System is a patent-pending modular steel dunnage system combining steel and DICA's engineered thermoplastic, designed for the daily challenges concrete pump operators face. Deployable by a single person to reduce ground bearing pressure, it uses the lightest weight steel and lowest-cost parts to create a unified, repeatable, long-lasting solution.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA by DICA.

Features

  • One-person modular system — 3 SafetyTech base pads + 4 steel tubes + 1 locking top pad (8 parts total).
  • Fully engaged system reduces ground bearing pressures efficiently.
  • Designed for the small outrigger floats common on concrete pump trucks.
  • Materials never rot, warp, splinter, delaminate, deteriorate or waterlog.
  • Fast setup: align base pad grooves, place steel tubes (holes up), slide top pad until locking pins seat in the tube holes.

Applications

Concrete pump trucks with small outrigger floats; pump operators needing dunnage that locks together for maximum weight distribution.
