Overview

DICA SlatTrax® hydraulic spool systems deploy or retrieve 100 feet of temporary roadway in under 2 minutes with fewer crew members and less effort than plastic ground protection mats or plywood. Recycled-HDPE Trax roll out from truck- or trailer-mounted hydraulic spools — available as adjustable-spread dual-spool systems (36" and 42") or a single-spool system (48"), each including a full set of Trax. Additional rolled-format road spools are available to extend any hydraulic system.

Manufactured by DICA, USA-made.

Features

  • Deploy or retrieve dual-Trax 100-ft sections in under 2 minutes.
  • Adjustable-spread dual-spool design (36"/42" systems) matches roadway spread to your equipment track width.
  • Sections link together for stability; grip straps for handling; individual slats easily replaced.
  • Recycled HDPE — tough and highly resistant to compression-load damage; usable on grass, turf, sand, and hardscape.
  • SlatTrax DIY pallet product also works with the hydraulic systems.
  • One-year warranty on system equipment; financing available on all SlatTrax systems.

Applications

Roadways for equipment and personnel, lawn protection, hardscape protection, rut prevention, work platforms, and staging areas. Suitable for skid loaders, Dingos, stump grinders, bucket trucks, excavators, spider lift cranes, lifts, and tracked and wheeled equipment up to 40 tons (rubber tracks/wheels preferred; avoid steel tracks).

Available Sizes & Configurations

Three hydraulic systems (Trax included) and three additional rolled-format road spools. See the Technical Specifications tab below.
