Overview
DICA ProStack Pyramid Lock Cribbing Blocks feature a molded pyramid interlock pattern on both top and bottom that meshes with the matching pattern on SafetyTech Pyramid Lock Base Pads. The result: a fully interlocked cribbing stack 1–4 layers high for leveling cranes and equipment on uneven ground.

Features
- PSC-1212-6 (12" x 12" x 6") — sized for outrigger feet up to 12" x 12". Kit (1 base pad + 2 blocks) delivers 55,000 lb WLL.
- PSC-2412-6 (24" x 12" x 6") — sized for outrigger feet up to 24" x 24". Kit (1 base pad + 2 blocks) delivers 110,000 lb WLL at 500 psi max allowable pressure.
- Pyramid interlock on top and bottom for full stack integrity.
- 1–4 layers can be safely stacked when level.

Inspection & Safety
Before every use: visual check for cracks, corrosion, distortion, wear, and illegible markings. Annually (minimum): documented periodic inspection by a trained inspector. Remove from service at first sign of damage. Never repair rigging hardware by welding, heating, or bending.
WARNING: Improper use of rigging can cause death or serious injury. Never exceed the rated Working Load Limit. Apply derating for side-loading, elevated temperature, or chemical exposure. Final application decisions must be made by a Qualified Person per OSHA 1926.32(m).
