DICA MatPaks Ground Protection Mat Kits

Overview

MatPaks are pre-packaged, jobsite-ready ground protection mat kits. Each MatPak includes 12 mats (AlturnaMATS or VersaMATS, 3'x8' or 4'x8'), 20 Single Turn-A-Links, 2 Handi-Hooks, 1 metal storage-skid rack, and 2 ratchet straps — enough to build a 50-foot continuous roadway or working platform. Load it onto your truck bed and roll.

Distributed by DICA from approved partner manufacturers AlturnaMATS and VersaMATS. The mats included in each MatPak are not manufactured by DICA but are offered through the official DICA dealer network.

Inspection & Safety

Before every use: visual check for cracks, corrosion, distortion, wear, and illegible markings. Annually (minimum): documented periodic inspection by a trained inspector. Remove from service at first sign of damage. Never repair rigging hardware by welding, heating, or bending.

WARNING: Improper use of rigging can cause death or serious injury. Never exceed the rated Working Load Limit. Apply derating for side-loading, elevated temperature, or chemical exposure. Final application decisions must be made by a Qualified Person per OSHA 1926.32(m).
