AMH LZ Mini-Series — Compact Low-Headroom Lever Chain Hoist
The LZ Mini is AMH's ultra-compact Badger® ratchet lever hoist (come-along) rated 1/4 US ton (550 lb). Its low-headroom, lightweight formed-steel body operates and stores in tight spaces, using precision load chain with the strength of G80 chain and a self-adjusting Weston-style mechanical load brake.

- Load chain: Precision hoist load chain, strength of G80 (C4X12Z), 1 fall
- Weston-style self-adjusting mechanical load brake — asbestos-free discs, enclosed to limit contamination
- Low-headroom, lightweight, durable formed-steel enclosure; quick disassembly for maintenance; sleeve bearings for serviceability
- Each hoist proof-tested to min. 1.25× WLL and shipped with a serialized test certificate
- Standards: ASME B30, OSHA, NASA-STD-8719.9
- Ships with a camouflage carry bag and full Badger product-line manual (English / French / Spanish)
Available lifts: 5 and 10 ft. Shipping weight ≈ hanging weight (W) + ~15%. Order by descriptive model number, e.g. LZ003-05 (Model-Lift). *Minimum load is the load required to set the automatic safety brake (reacts like a seatbelt).

Inspection & Safety
Before every use: visual check for cracks, corrosion, distortion, wear, and illegible markings. Annually (minimum): documented periodic inspection by a trained inspector. Remove from service at first sign of damage. Never repair rigging hardware by welding, heating, or bending.
WARNING: Improper use of rigging can cause death or serious injury. Never exceed the rated Working Load Limit. Apply derating for side-loading, elevated temperature, or chemical exposure. Final application decisions must be made by a Qualified Person per OSHA 1926.32(m).
