AMH GTL-Series — Low-Headroom Geared Trolley
AMH GTL hand-geared trolleys raise available lift height in low-ceiling areas and are moved precisely with a hand chain (20 ft drop standard). They direct-mount to any standard MA-Series AMH hoist by replacing the top-hook assembly with the low-headroom trolley assembly. 1/2 to 10 ton. Machined cast-iron wheels with universal tread fit flat or tapered beam flanges.
- Capacity range: 1/2 – 10 ton
- Hand-geared travel via 20 ft hand-chain drop — for plain push travel, see the PTL push trolley
- Low-headroom design increases lift height in low-ceiling areas
- Direct mount to any standard MA-Series AMH hoist (replaces top-hook assembly)
- Machined cast-iron wheels with precision sealed “lubed-for-life” bearings and universal tread for flat or tapered flanges
- Durable all-steel construction
- Standards: ASME/ANSI B30.16, OSHA, NASA-STD-8719.9, EU 98/37/EC
- ATEX rated II 3 GD c IIB 54°C X for limited use in hazardous environments
- Options: Extended hand-chain drop

Inspection & Safety
Before every use: visual check for cracks, corrosion, distortion, wear, and illegible markings. Annually (minimum): documented periodic inspection by a trained inspector. Remove from service at first sign of damage. Never repair rigging hardware by welding, heating, or bending.
WARNING: Improper use of rigging can cause death or serious injury. Never exceed the rated Working Load Limit. Apply derating for side-loading, elevated temperature, or chemical exposure. Final application decisions must be made by a Qualified Person per OSHA 1926.32(m).
