Extreema® sling protection is manufactured to order by Lift-Tex and is not held in stock. Plan on 3–5 weeks from order to shipment.
The Extreema® EP-L Protective Sling Sleeve is a wrap-around sleeve made from HMPE — the fiber with the highest abrasion resistance of any fiber, and with superior cut- and tear-resistance. It is the step up from the Cordura® EP-C sleeve for work where the contact surface is doing real damage rather than ordinary chafe.
The sleeve wraps the sling body and closes with a full-length hook and loop strip. That means it can be fitted to a sling that is already in service, repositioned along the body as the rigging changes, and taken off for inspection without breaking down the assembly.

Eye & Eye RoundUp® (EER) slings use the same body as the matching endless size, so EER{n} takes the same sleeve as ENR{n}. EER is listed in EER1 through EER8; above that, use the ENR row.
ENR11, ENR12 and ENR13 (53,000 lb, 66,000 lb and 90,000 lb WLL) are quoted to order and are not stocked as web listings. ENR12 and ENR13 also fall in a gap between Lift-Tex's published capacity bands, so the sleeve shown is the conservative — larger — choice and can be confirmed on request.
Sleeves of 450 mm and wider — EP-L9 and up — are stocked for the larger Extreema® HMPE slings that sit outside this catalogue. Ask us and we will quote one.
Note the SuperTechlon® ST-ENR-30K: it calls for the 300 mm sleeve rather than the 250 mm one. It carries more capacity per unit of body size than a comparable European polyester round sling, so a capacity-based lookup understates its girth. SuperTechlon® tops out at ST-ENR-30K, so there is no larger SuperTechlon® entry above it.
Sleeves are sold by the piece in the length you select. Lengths are dual-labelled in metres and inches, because we buy in metres and riggers work in inches. EP-L is protection only. It carries no working load limit of its own and does not change the rating of the sling or hardware used with it.

Every product we carry is individually marked with Working Load Limit (WLL), manufacturer traceability code, and country of origin. Inspection and mill certificates are available on request — email sales@slingcenter.com with your order number.

Inspection & Safety
Before every use: visual check for cracks, corrosion, distortion, wear, and illegible markings. Annually (minimum): documented periodic inspection by a trained inspector. Remove from service at first sign of damage. Never repair rigging hardware by welding, heating, or bending.
WARNING: Improper use of rigging can cause death or serious injury. Never exceed the rated Working Load Limit. Apply derating for side-loading, elevated temperature, or chemical exposure. Final application decisions must be made by a Qualified Person per OSHA 1926.32(m).
Dimension B
B = the full unfolded width of the sleeve, measured flat, including both closure strips. Closure overlap is 1 inch. B is a fabric width, not a sling diameter — choose the sleeve whose B wraps the sling body with the closure strips fully engaged.
